Under the name " Cozzi Parodi Group" several  companies operating in extreme western Liguria are included,  in the fields of construction, tourist facilities management and in the sale of real estate.

The Cozzi Parodi Group has created some of the most significant major works of the Riviera dei Fiori, in particular the marinas of Marina degli Aregai in Santo Stefano al Mare and San Lorenzo Marina in San Lorenzo al Mare, facilities that have contributed in a significant way to the development of one of the main economic resources of the Liguria Region, the nautical sector.

The Group's tourist offer is completed by the Castellaro Golf Resort, the Aregai Marina R.T.A. and the Riviera dei Fiori hotel in Marina di San Lorenzo.
